Employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off after the eligibility period, and 13 paid holidays annually. Additionally, new hires are offered a structured hiring bonus paid in increments after 30, 90, and 120 days of successful employment and completion of required training. To qualify, candidates must meet minimum age and educational requirements, pass thorough background and fingerprint checks, and possess the flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
