As a Busser and Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant’s Servers and Bartenders by maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room, bar, and service areas. Your responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables, restocking supplies, managing glassware and plates, and ensuring that the bar remains fully stocked with utensils and beverages. You will assist bartenders by clearing the bar top promptly, cleaning barware, replenishing stock, and changing out kegs to keep the beer selection fresh and ready at all times.
