Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of management experience
  • Ability to frequently operate cash register
  • Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to ascend and descend ladders
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop regularly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to remain stationary and upright for 80% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • College experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact
  • Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
  • Help oversee daily activities of store associates
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed
  • Manage the opening and closing procedures of the store
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
  • Drive store sales and control expenses
  • Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery
  • Perform store maintenance tasks
