The company is currently hiring for the position of a Seasonal Support Associate at its Belmar location in Lakewood. This is a part-time role that includes a $250 cash bonus incentive. The position focuses on supporting a sales culture that emphasizes excellent customer service and operational excellence. The Seasonal Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations by handling merchandise, processing stock, and maintaining organization within the stockroom. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of product presentation and customer experience that Chico's is known for.
The Seasonal Support Associate is responsible for multiple facets of merchandise handling, including receiving new products, tagging and storing items appropriately, replenishing sales floor stocks, and assisting with pricing and markdowns. They ensure that visual merchandising directives such as window displays, floor sets, and signage placement are executed promptly and accurately. Additionally, this role promotes a cohesive omni-channel customer experience by supporting Chico's Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles. The associate actively contributes to creating an inclusive team environment, participates in problem-solving activities, and seeks personal development opportunities. Physical demands for this role include standing for the majority of the shift, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting wage is $14.81 per hour or the applicable local minimum wage.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- excellent communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
