Job Duties
- Greet and welcome restaurant guests
- Deliver food to tables ensuring timely and temperature-appropriate service
- Deposit soiled dishes appropriately in dish-room or designated area
- Clean and set tables according to restaurant standards
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Stock bussing and serving stations
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors
- Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated
- Serve beverages promptly
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks such as expediting food
- Attend company and restaurant trainings and meetings
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
