Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months experience in warehouse or storeroom operations
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of materials management handling equipment, automatic inventory management systems, hand-held computers, bar code scanners, calculators, computers
- ability to safely use recycling compactors
- ability to work full-time night shift including rotating weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- facilitate the timely and accurate movement, delivery, and stocking of supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campus and designated off-site areas
- monitor and maintain inventory levels for remote unit, departmental stocking, and storeroom locations
- perform inventories in remote storeroom locations according to schedules
- deliver patient care supplies
- retrieve, clean, disinfect, and provide patient care equipment
- safely transport supplies and equipment using various transport carts and equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization in work and departmental areas
- collect and dispose of waste materials properly
- maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- use appropriate hand hygiene
- communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, coworkers, and management
- report customer complaints and materials management issues to management
- provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- promote a team-oriented, respectful, and patient-centered supply chain environment
