This expert-level individual contributor role within PG&E's Supply Chain Responsibility team is pivotal in managing and leading high-impact, complex operational and analytical programs. The position demands deep expertise in systems, regulatory frameworks, and program management. The successful candidate will own end-to-end execution of multi-year initiatives and develop comprehensive enterprise metrics and dashboards crucial for executive decision-making. They will act as a subject matter expert on supplier diversity and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring sustainability and ethical practices are embedded throughout PG&E’s supply chain.

Operating with significant autonomy, this role influences and partners across departments including legal, finance, procurement, and IT, guiding the organization through regulatory and operational nuances to establish robust, scalable, and auditable business processes. This position is hybrid, requiring work from a remote office and onsite presence in Oakland, depending on business needs. PG&E offers a comprehensive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a Bay Area salary range between $114,000 and $182,000 and opportunities for incentive-based compensation.
