Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • US Citizenship required for security clearance
  • willingness to undergo government security clearance process
  • availability for occasional domestic travel
  • capability to work part-time remote telework and on-site at Fort Worth, TX facility
  • commitment to a 4x10 hour day schedule with 3 days off per week

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • minimum 2 years of experience in proposal development, integration, or a related field
  • knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices
  • excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • strong understanding of proposal development processes and procedures

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Estimating and Price Cost Analysts to ensure accurate and complete proposal pricing and cost data
  • work with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure that all supplier proposals are properly consolidated and compliant with program requirements
  • coordinate with Program Managers to ensure that all proposal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with program requirements
  • ensure that all proposals are properly reviewed and approved by Leadership prior to submission
  • develop and maintain a thorough understanding of program requirements, including technical, schedule, and budget constraints
  • identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
