Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- US Citizenship required for security clearance
- willingness to undergo government security clearance process
- availability for occasional domestic travel
- capability to work part-time remote telework and on-site at Fort Worth, TX facility
- commitment to a 4x10 hour day schedule with 3 days off per week
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- minimum 2 years of experience in proposal development, integration, or a related field
- knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices
- excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- strong understanding of proposal development processes and procedures
Job Duties
- Collaborate with Estimating and Price Cost Analysts to ensure accurate and complete proposal pricing and cost data
- work with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure that all supplier proposals are properly consolidated and compliant with program requirements
- coordinate with Program Managers to ensure that all proposal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with program requirements
- ensure that all proposals are properly reviewed and approved by Leadership prior to submission
- develop and maintain a thorough understanding of program requirements, including technical, schedule, and budget constraints
- identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
