Job Requirements
- Candidate must meet at least one of these: held an FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for 1 year
- OR been facility rated or area certified for 1 year at ATS facility
- OR held a MSS position for 1 year in an ATS facility
- Must have held MSS-3 or MSS-4 or FAA 2152 FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for 1 year
- Must provide explanations addressing FAA Managerial Workforce Planning Selection Factors
- Education cannot be substituted
- Employment type is other

- Experience with FAA Managerial Workforce Planning Selection Factors
- Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills
Job Duties
- Plan and direct all activities at the ATC-10 terminal or en route facility
- Manage and coordinate air traffic operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Oversee staff performance and provide leadership to the facility team
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other FAA facilities and stakeholders to optimize air traffic management
- Develop and implement operational strategies and workforce planning
- Address and manage crisis situations effectively
