Job Requirements

Previous supervisor or other leadership experience, preferably in parking
Customer service and/or hospitality background
Clean driving record to pass MVR check
Ability to drive manual transmission
Valid state-issued driver's license with current address
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to walk, stand, and run for extended periods
Ability to use stairs and elevators

Job Qualifications

Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
Minimal 6 month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to speak clearly, listen and get clarification, and respond well to questions
Ability to write clearly and interpret written information
Maintains positive attitude and responds to service requests professionally and courteously
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
Adapts to changes in the work environment

Job Duties

Greet guests courteously
Ensure customers are receiving timely service
Assist customers in and out of their vehicle
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
