Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months related experience or training
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission if required
- Clear oral communication skills
- Clear written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Adaptability to work environment changes
- Sound judgment
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally

Job Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal 6 months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak clearly and respond well to questions
- Ability to write clearly and interpret written information
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond professionally and courteously to requests for service and assistance
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events
- Demonstrate sound and accurate judgment
Job Duties
- Greet guests courteously
- Ensure customers are receiving timely service
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicle
- Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
- Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
- Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys
- Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
- Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills
- Create and implement a successful staging plan utilizing all aspects of the location's layout to ensure maximum parking capacity
- Quickly distinguish vehicle makes and models and have a general knowledge of vehicle operations
- Substitute for any position if necessary
- Complete other duties as needed
