Job Requirements
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of related experience or training
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle may be required
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and interpret written information
- Positive customer service attitude
- Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected situations
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission may be required
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring valet operations meet contractual guidelines and company policies
- Greet guests courteously
- Ensure customers receive timely service
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicles
- Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
- Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume
- Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures and ensure safety and security of vehicles and keys
- Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
- Ensure drive lanes and crosswalks are clean and free from debris
- Create and implement staging plans for maximum parking capacity
- Quickly identify vehicle makes and models
- Substitute for any position if necessary
- Complete other duties as needed
