The role of the Restaurant Supervisor is pivotal in upholding our standards of excellence. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will take on the responsibility of leading and motivating hourly staff while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities, including staff assignments, inventory management, and customer service issues. You will collaborate closely with management to assist in training team members and ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will also handle guest complaints professionally and promptly, turning potentially negative experiences into opportunities to showcase our commitment to customer satisfaction. An essential part of your duties includes optimizing staffing levels to meet budgetary goals and adjust according to the restaurant's business volume. Offering a competitive wage starting at $20.00 per hour, this is an in-person role that requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift
  • Occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a restaurant
  • Beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experience
  • Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks
  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance
  • Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
