Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years experience in service/cleaning functions
- supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong written and oral communication skills
- ability to use sound judgment
- team environment capability
- effective time management including planning and prioritizing
- willingness to learn Oracle and Maximus systems within three months
- ability to perform job functions independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- at least one year of supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
Job Duties
- Recruit staff including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling
- conduct performance reviews and hold employees accountable
- implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- monitor service and cleaning activities through tracking systems
- inspect buses for quality assurance
- conduct scheduled inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- schedule bus movements to support repair operations
- coordinate scheduling of buses for service and cleaning maintenance
- ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations
- provide relief coverage for other supervisor roles
- perform all other job-related duties as assigned
