Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years experience in service/cleaning functions
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • ability to use sound judgment
  • team environment capability
  • effective time management including planning and prioritizing
  • willingness to learn Oracle and Maximus systems within three months
  • ability to perform job functions independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years experience in a service/cleaning function
  • at least one year of supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • sound judgment and team collaboration
  • time and workload management skills
  • ability to learn Oracle and Maximus systems within three months
  • equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit staff including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling
  • conduct performance reviews and hold employees accountable
  • implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • monitor service and cleaning activities through tracking systems
  • inspect buses for quality assurance
  • conduct scheduled inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • schedule bus movements to support repair operations
  • coordinate scheduling of buses for service and cleaning maintenance
  • ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations
  • provide relief coverage for other supervisor roles
  • perform all other job-related duties as assigned
