Job Requirements
- Bachelor of science degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- Previous lead or supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units preferred
- Previous healthcare management experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Valid RN license in state of employment or compact

Job Duties
- Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS competencies: leader of self, leader of others, or leader of leaders
- Implement and monitor programs and practices for the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care for patients and their families
- Ensure consistent application of nursing services policies and standards throughout the organization
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality and effectiveness of nursing care
- Oversee the performance of teams
- identify and address staff training and development needs
