Job Requirements

  • must be current resident of the state of california
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be a u.s. citizen or authorized to work in the u.s.
  • must possess a current valid u.s. driver’s license
  • must be able to obtain a secured identification display area (sida) badge
  • must comply with department of transportation drug and alcohol testing program
  • ability to lift and move 70 pounds regularly
  • ability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform duties in outdoor and inclement weather
  • must maintain a well-groomed appearance according to company standards
  • must comply with company attendance standards
  • no current or future work authorization sponsorship available

  • familiarity with collective bargaining agreements
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns

Job Duties

  • guide and lead team members using talent management practices to coach and engage employees
  • adhere to company values to foster inclusion, recognition, and a safe work environment
  • actively coordinate with all departments to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction
  • monitor and guide ground support performance to ensure requirements are met
  • ensure all equipment including ground support equipment is maintained and available
  • oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant environment
  • perform administrative duties such as building and closing shift bids, payroll, and attendance reports
  • drive performance processes by forecasting operational situations and monitoring key metrics
  • assure proper administration of labor contracts and agreements
