Job Requirements
- Be a resident of the state of California
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to comply with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing program
- Willingness to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Knowledge of airline operations
- Proficient understanding of collective bargaining agreements
- Familiar with safety and compliance procedures
- Experienced in team leadership and employee coaching
- Skilled in administrative tasks including payroll and scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Capacity to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and guide ground support performance
- Ensure maintenance and availability of ground support equipment
- Oversee daily airport operations to ensure safety, security, and compliance
- Maintain a safe working environment by instituting accident prevention programs
- Provide consistent status updates to leaders and employees
- Forecast operational issues and hold parties accountable for results
