Job Requirements

  • Be a resident of the state of California
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to comply with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing program
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of airline operations
  • Proficient understanding of collective bargaining agreements
  • Familiar with safety and compliance procedures
  • Experienced in team leadership and employee coaching
  • Skilled in administrative tasks including payroll and scheduling
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Capacity to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with all departments to maintain on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and guide ground support performance
  • Ensure maintenance and availability of ground support equipment
  • Oversee daily airport operations to ensure safety, security, and compliance
  • Maintain a safe working environment by instituting accident prevention programs
  • Provide consistent status updates to leaders and employees
  • Forecast operational issues and hold parties accountable for results
