Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must qualify and retain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications

- Must be able to qualify as a Flight Attendant and maintain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred qualifications include previous aviation experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a union environment
Job Duties
- Model PSA's core values by being an approachable and visible leader who fosters trust and respect with their team
- Responsible for addressing and improving employee performance in the areas of customer service, safety, appearance, conduct, dependability, and attendance
- Promote health, wellness, and safe work practices
- Act as a liaison between Inflight, other departments, and Station Personnel
- Provide Inflight assistance and support for inbound and outbound flights, including handling Flight Attendant injuries and aircraft emergencies
- Respond quickly and effectively to unplanned events in a fast-paced Aviation environment
- Provide feedback to the Inflight Services Base Managers regarding employee performance and attendance
- Track and follow up on delays coded to Inflight to improve key performance indicators
- Conduct daily Concourse audits, including meeting crew on the aircraft, providing recognition, ensuring FA tablets are updated, and supporting operational needs
- Act as a liaison between Inflight Operations and Inflight Standards and Training groups
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned
