Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a relevant field
- Ability to manage, motivate, and exceed goals
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven professional communication skills with internal and external customers
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and planning skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with work locations
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures

- 3+ years experience in leading teams in relevant field
- Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer care is advantageous
- Experience in timeshare sales and marketing is advantageous
Job Duties
- Supervise and support team members to achieve high performance in all aspects of the new member journey
- Lead initiatives that drive excellence in onboarding and the vacation return orientation tour process
- Support and implement strategies to exceed performance standards and ensure compliance with all new member processes and requirements
- Ensure locations are staffed at expectations
- Effectively handle schedule and PTO requests
- Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve maximum penetration and enhance the overall new member experience
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, measure success and implement process improvements
- Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines
- Monitor collateral inventory at sites
- Complete all required company training/compliance courses as assigned
- Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
