The Supervisor-Lobby Bar role at San Marcos Embassy Suites is a full-time position with a competitive compensation starting at $17.50 per hour, with the actual pay depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and the role’s specific location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in bar supervision or related field
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to certify within 60 days
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Micros POS system is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-end bar or beverage supervisor role
- Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to certify within 60 days
- Ability to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet or outdoors for the full shift
- Experience with Micros POS system is a plus
