The Supervisor-Lobby Bar role at San Marcos Embassy Suites is a full-time position with a competitive compensation starting at $17.50 per hour, with the actual pay depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and the role’s specific location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in bar supervision or related field
  • ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to certify within 60 days
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Micros POS system is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a high-end bar or beverage supervisor role
  • Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
  • ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to certify within 60 days
  • Ability to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet or outdoors for the full shift
  • Experience with Micros POS system is a plus
