Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Two years supervisory experience
- Two years experience in facility operations
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of various equipment used per contract PWS/SOW
- Valid driver's license with certificate of insurability
- Drug screen
- WSC background check
- Appropriate contract background check such as NACI, TxDOT, DPS
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Two years supervisory experience
- Two years experience in facility operations
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of equipment used in accordance with contract requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Management preferred
- Experience driving one and a half ton truck preferred
Job Duties
- Ensures all requirements of the PWS/SOW are met
- Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
- Maintains a clean and safe work area
- Ensures all employees are trained as required
- Coordinates and plans daily activities with key staff
- Monitors activities to ensure compliance with quality control standards and operating procedures
- Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel taking corrective educational actions
- Schedules and performs training of staff as required by policies
- Ensures employees understand PWS, SOW, CBA, and personnel policies
- Monitors fiscal activities and financial transactions
- Accompanies and assists government representatives during inspections
- Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided
