Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or food service management or retail
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of delegation or coordination experience
  • Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or food service management or retail
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees

Job Duties

  • Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligned with company priorities
  • Recruit, train and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and promote a positive environment
  • Oversee and direct baristas in preparation and serving of food and beverages
  • Order product and conduct inventory to ensure proper operation
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a welcoming store environment
  • Balance cash registers and make deposits
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive business
  • Tailor approach to customer and team needs by reading cues
  • Provide performance feedback and coach to higher customer service standards
  • Maintain interior upkeep of the Coffee Shop
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including POS and operations
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting Coach standards
  • Adapt and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
