The Fountains Resort, a premier property managed by Hilton Grand Vacations, is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their vibrant team. The Fountains Resort is known for its spacious suites featuring fully equipped kitchens and a relaxing yet adventurous atmosphere, ensuring every guest's stay is truly memorable. The Housekeeping Supervisor role is vital in maintaining the resort’s high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position oversees all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, common areas, and heart of the house zones, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for both guests and employees.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will manage daily activities and supervise suite and laundry attendants, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. This position involves setting monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the housekeeping team, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring guest requests are promptly addressed. Effective communication with maintenance and front desk teams is crucial to coordinate room status updates, maintenance needs, and operational efficiencies. This role also carries responsibilities such as performing daily quality checks on rooms, ordering and managing housekeeping and laundry supplies, conducting linen inventories, and implementing new cleanliness standards and best practices. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and building efficient housekeeping schedules are additional key duties.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient English language to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and coworkers
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull more than 25 lbs
- Willingness to work varied days from 8am to 4:30pm
- Ability to work weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient English language skills for verbal and written communication
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull items more than 25 lbs
- Preferred: bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification
- Preferred: 2+ years supervisory experience
- Preferred: prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Supervising suite and laundry attendant(s)
- Monthly, quarter, and yearly goal setting for the team
- Conducting yearly performance reviews and rating for team members
- Ensuring guest requests are met in a timely manner
- Communicating with maintenance and front desk regarding maintenance needs and room status
- Quality checking rooms daily
- Keeping front desk agents updated on room status
- Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry and maintaining checkbook
- Conducting monthly linen inventory and ensuring par levels
- Rolling out new standards
- Developing SOP for best practices
- Ensuring all public areas of the resort are clean and well kept
- Building housekeeping schedule
- Performing other duties as assigned by leadership
