Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in operations, production, logistics, food manufacturing, or related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop frontline employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, EPA regulatory standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word and other Windows-based applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Job Duties
- Ensure the operational area is effectively staffed, structured, and aligned to meet production and delivery schedules
- Lead daily team briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and safety updates
- Plan and manage labor resources to optimize productivity, control overtime, and meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards including but not limited to: FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP requirements
- Document, review, and improve departmental processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure timely, accurate production and catering of all scheduled flights and/or customer requirements
- Enforce and monitor adherence to all safety protocols and company policies
