Perry Ellis is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the efficient running of its retail stores. This role is pivotal in assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and sales management, guaranteeing that the store meets its efficiency and customer satisfaction objectives. The Supervisor Key Holder is entrusted with ensuring the store is well-stocked, marketing and promotional strategies are implemented according to company directives, and that sales associates receive proper training and support. This involves maintaining high standards of customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and aiding in the execution of store strategies aligned with broader corporate and district initiatives.
