As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Fountains Resort, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of guest service within the resort’s food and beverage outlets. This is a dynamic position that requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, ensuring that all guests and owners receive exceptional care and attention. You will be instrumental in managing staff, supervising transactions, adhering to state regulations on alcohol service, and assisting management with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and performance appraisals. This position also includes the responsibility of overseeing the department during the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years in food and beverage
- Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- BA/BS bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of management or supervisor experience
- Food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Participates in all food and beverage operations daily to assist with workload and respond to guest and owner inquiries regarding food and beverage, retail and resort services
- Performs in accordance with all state regulations with regards to alcohol service and consumption
- Supervises and accounts for the accurate collection of monies received at the various food and beverage outlets and witness any drop of company funds from daily transactions
- Ensures the provision of special services to owners and guests as directed
- Assists management in performing administrative duties which may include budget control, scheduling, purchasing supplies, preparation of performance appraisals
- Ensures at the end of each shift that all food and beverage associates have completed daily checklists and shift closing are accurate
- Responsible for the operation of the department in the absence of the food and beverage manager and any other tasks requested by leadership
