Job Duties
- Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees
- Help ensure a safe work environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate employee orientation and training
- Work with consumers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other tasks as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
