Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
- Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
- Ability to perform duties in various weather conditions and time constraints
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Pass fingerprint-based criminal background check for airport security access
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
- Ability to pass US Postal Service background check if handling US mail
- Compliance with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol violation history regulations
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous airline experience and knowledge of airline ticketing and ramp operations preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing activities of agents and clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
- Ensure adequate operational coverage by managing scheduling and manpower utilization
- Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
- Conduct agent observations
- Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
- Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
- Adhere to uniform policy with company-provided uniforms
- Participate in operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports
- Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files and performance
- Perform Station Agent duties as required, including greeting passengers, seamless check-in and ticketing, rebooking itineraries, issuing boarding passes, handling baggage, and collaborating on safe and timely departures
