Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- Reside in the state of Wisconsin
- No prior disqualification from recent Supervisor Customer Service interviews at MKE within 12 months
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge
- Ability to obtain GSC qualification
- Ability to obtain Customs Seal if required
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to use computer and office productivity tools
- Ability to work in outdoor and inclement weather conditions
- Ability to comply with company appearance and attendance standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in airline operation management
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to obtain a SIDA (Secured Identification Display Area) badge and meet local airport requirements
- Ability to obtain GSC (Ground Security Coordinator) qualification and comply with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing program
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to solve problems
- Ability to multitask and shift between activities
- Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns
- Ability to maintain well-groomed appearance per company standards
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to comply with company attendance standards
Job Duties
- Actively coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve customer questions, requests, or complaints
- Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment
- Meet or exceed performance goals through effective decisions
- Assign and track agents for training compliance
- Report status updates to leaders and employees consistently
- Drive performance processes by forecasting operational situations, monitoring and achieving results, and holding responsible parties accountable
- Work with staff planning to build bids aligned with department hourly goals
- Perform administrative duties such as building shift bids, closing bids, daily work assignments, payroll, attendance reports, monitoring staffing and overtime
- Assure proper administration of labor contracts or agreements, emphasizing minimal labor disputes
- Perform other job duties as directed by leaders
