Valley Children's Healthcare offers a wide range of advanced pediatric medical services, covering specialty fields such as oncology, hematology, cardiology, and neonatal intensive care. The network extends beyond the hospital to include specialty care centers and primary care providers, collectively serving more than 1.3 million children in the Central California region.
This organization is well-recognized for delivering high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to pediatric patients with conditions that range from common illnesses to rare and complex diseases. In addition to providing clinical care, Valley Children's Healthcare actively engages with local communities by partnering with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and public agencies. Valley Children’s commitment to pediatric health has established it as a vital resource in the region, not just for medical needs but also for community health leadership.
The position being offered is a full-time Food Service Supervisor role within Valley Children’s Healthcare’s food service department. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of food services that support both patient and non-patient needs within the hospital and its affiliated centers. The supervisor is responsible for managing a variety of food service-related functions including overseeing meal preparation and timely delivery, payroll administration, quality control, staff scheduling, and employee coaching and counseling. Ensuring compliance with food safety standards as well as workplace safety regulations is also a primary focus.

Candidates must also possess computer proficiency for handling email communications, Microsoft Office applications, and timekeeping systems.
This position offers a competitive compensation range of $28.90 to $42.00 per hour and involves a standard daytime work schedule of 40 hours per week, typically 8 hours per day.
