Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with over 360 locations across North America. As one of the premier platforms in the experiential entertainment sector, Lucky Strike offers a wide range of engaging activities including bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the premier professional bowling league, which enjoys a large and growing fan base globally. This expansive network and diversified portfolio make Lucky Strike Entertainment a dynamic and exciting place to work, driven by delivering unique and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. The company is committed to fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture where employees can thrive and grow professionally.

The Supervisor role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an integral part of maintaining the high standards and smooth operation of one of its entertainment centers. This position is highly active and fast-paced, perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all center operations in the absence of senior management, such as the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. This means stepping into a leadership role to ensure that operational excellence is consistently achieved, guest satisfaction remains the top priority, and team members are supported and motivated.

In this role, you will be on your feet much of the time, coordinating with various team members to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency. The Supervisor acts as a champion for guests, delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and proactively resolving any issues that arise to maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Business growth is another critical aspect of the role, as you will apply marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities, which include managing leagues, open play bowling, and more.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with leagues and league officers is key to growing the center’s league business. You will be responsible for administrative duties related to leagues, ensuring adherence to league formats, and communicating necessary announcements. Additionally, the Supervisor is deeply involved in staffing efforts, helping to recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff to build a competent and enthusiastic team.

Leadership is a cornerstone of the Supervisor position. You will motivate and guide your team using individual strengths to optimize guest satisfaction while maximizing productivity with hands-on teamwork and daily engagement. Another important responsibility is overseeing the Food & Beverage program, ensuring that quality standards are met and that guest experiences in dining services are outstanding. Ongoing training and supervision in this area will help foster a thriving sales culture aligned with corporate initiatives.

Flexibility is essential for success in this role, as Supervisors must be willing to work varying shifts that include weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed to support center operations. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business, develop valuable management skills, and position yourself for career advancement within Lucky Strike Entertainment. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, reflecting competitive compensation for this exciting and growth-oriented position.

Overall, the Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment is more than just a job—it's a gateway to a fulfilling career in the entertainment and hospitality industry that emphasizes guest experience, team leadership, and business development while offering a supportive and vibrant work environment.
