Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Flexibility to support extended work hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Experience with marketing or guest engagement strategies beneficial
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Execute marketing strategies to drive business sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Assist in managing and expanding the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
