The Supervisor role at Kevco McDonald's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall profitability and smooth operation of multiple restaurant locations. Apart from operational leadership, the Supervisor has significant responsibilities surrounding human resources management, including the recruitment, development, and retention of talented Department and Shift Managers, as well as salaried managers. - Previous experience supervising restaurant or retail teams

- Run profitable restaurant operations ensuring high standards of quality service and cleanliness

- Manage the financial performance of restaurants including P&L oversight
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee the hiring and training of salaried managers
- Monitor progress towards goals and provide feedback to restaurant leaders
