The Supervisor role at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a unique and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. This position requires a proactive and engaged individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and embraces leadership opportunities. As a Supervisor, you will be actively involved in coordinating daily operations, managing team members, and standing in for higher management when necessary. Your leadership will drive the consistent meeting of company standards, particularly in guest service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the guest experience is always prioritized, implementing marketing strategies to optimize business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with league bowlers to support league growth. It is ideal for candidates eager to learn the ins and outs of entertainment center operations, grow as leaders, and take on increasing responsibility in the future.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives available. Lucky Strike Entertainment provides a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a variety of employee benefits. This opportunity offers not only a rewarding career path but also the chance to be part of an exciting and supportive community focused on creating extraordinary guest experiences.
