Hiring, training, and motivating a talented team are essential functions of this position, as you lead by example and collaborate directly with your staff. Additionally, the role calls for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations to maintain exceptional quality and guest satisfaction, while fostering a sales-driven culture.

Flexibility is crucial for success in this role; Supervisors must be willing to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives available.
