Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and outgoing disposition
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests as the first point of contact
  • Manage the flow of guests efficiently to optimize seating
  • Take cues from guests to enhance their experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Answer guest inquiries about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Support smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
