Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Positive and engaging personality
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
- Ability to read guest cues and adjust service accordingly
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to optimize guest flow
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to needs to enhance experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Provide information about the menu and specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently
