Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the seating chart and wait times efficiently
- take guest cues to personalize their experience
- communicate effectively with the front and back of house teams
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist with answering phone calls and handling reservations
- support team members to ensure smooth dining room operations
