Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 10 years restaurant experience
  • at least 5 years senior management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • 5 years in senior management roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with menu management and restaurant operations
  • commitment to a supportive and ethical work culture

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations
  • control seating and oversee menu changes
  • hire, train and develop all staff
  • monitor service and performance of the team
  • anticipate and respond to guests' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • lead daily meetings and foster a positive work environment
  • implement team performance monitoring and training programs
