Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 10 years restaurant experience
- at least 5 years senior management experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
