Superica is currently searching for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead their team in Winter Park. This role commands a professional who exhibits strong leadership skills, an open and positive demeanor, and a proactive approach to managing restaurant operations. As General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee every facet of the restaurant, including managing the seating flow, implementing menu updates, and importantly, leading the entire staff with a focus on training, development, and fostering a harmonious workplace environment that stimulates growth and job satisfaction.
The General Manager at Superica will hold responsibility for monitoring team performance and delivering superior guest service by anticipating and addressing guests’ needs promptly. Daily leadership duties include conducting team meetings and cultivating an educational atmosphere that enhances both employee engagement and operational efficiency. Candidates are expected to bring substantial industry experience, with a preferred minimum of 10 years in the restaurant business and at least five years in senior management positions. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program. Employment is full-time, with full eligibility for benefits beginning after just 30 days.
