Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
- 5 years in senior management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in staff development
- ability to manage restaurant operations effectively
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and service a plus
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations
- control seating and oversee menu changes
