Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience operating dish machines in a restaurant setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- strong work ethic and reliability
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- willingness to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dishwashing or stewarding in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and take direction
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
Job Duties
- Operate dish machines efficiently to sanitize dishes and kitchen tools
