Job Description

Rocket Farm Restaurants is a renowned hospitality group dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences through a culture rooted in respect, dignity, and care for every team member. At the heart of their philosophy is the belief that serving the person who serves the guest is critical to delivering outstanding service and culinary excellence. This ethos is embodied in every aspect of their operation, whether in the kitchen or on the dining floor, fostering a supportive, respectful, and collaborative workplace environment. With several locations across major cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park, Rocket Farm Restaurants has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and community engagement within the restaurant industry.

One of Rocket Farm Restaurants signature establishments is Superica, located at The Battery Atlanta near Truist Park, offering a vibrant Tex-Mex culinary experience that attracts both baseball fans and Tex-Mex cuisine enthusiasts alike. Superica is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cook who shares a passion for authentic Tex-Mex flavors and who aspires to be part of a dynamic and heartfelt team. The role is ideal for culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant settings and who hold themselves to the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.

The Cook at Superica will be integral to maintaining the restaurant's culinary standards by meticulously following recipes and employing precise cooking techniques to ensure that every dish served meets the quality expectations of guests and reflects the restaurant’s authentic Tex-Mex heritage. This position requires a strong team player with a positive and professional attitude who can remain calm under pressure and contribute to a work culture that prizes collaboration and mutual support.

This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience and culinary skill. Beyond a competitive wage, employees become part of a culture that values ethical practices and provides continuous development via programs like Rocket Farm University, leadership classes, mentorship initiatives, and opportunities for career advancement. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Rocket Farm Restaurants offers time off on major holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas, dining discounts at all company locations, and after one year of employment, benefits such as paid time off, parental leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Rocket Farm Restaurants ensures a fair and inclusive hiring process and workplace environment. This opportunity is more than just a job; it is an invitation to join a company that prioritizes its people and elevates the dining experience by first valuing those behind the scenes who help create it.
