Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, especially margaritas and beer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Passion for Tex-Mex culture and beverage craftsmanship
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
  • Food and beverage safety certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve margaritas and other cocktails in alignment with Superica’s Tex-Mex beverage program
  • Communicate effectively with guests about cocktail inspiration and history
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to maintain quality beverage service
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar station
  • Continuously improve mixology skills and knowledge of Texas-made spirits
  • Manage inventory and bar supplies efficiently
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests
