Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques and beverage products

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails according to Superica’s beverage program
  • Communicate effectively with guests to share cocktail inspiration and history
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage products available
  • Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold product quality standards at the bar
  • Manage bar inventory and supplies
  • Promote Texas-made spirits and authentic Tex-Mex beverage culture
