Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
Legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Strong customer service orientation
Effective communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques and beverage products
Ability to work well in a team environment
Creative thinking and willingness to learn new skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and culture

Job Duties

Prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails according to Superica’s beverage program
Communicate effectively with guests to share cocktail inspiration and history
Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage products available
Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service
Uphold product quality standards at the bar
Manage bar inventory and supplies
Promote Texas-made spirits and authentic Tex-Mex beverage culture
