Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques and beverage products
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails according to Superica’s beverage program
- Communicate effectively with guests to share cocktail inspiration and history
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage products available
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold product quality standards at the bar
- Manage bar inventory and supplies
- Promote Texas-made spirits and authentic Tex-Mex beverage culture
