Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport trays, plates, and other items up to 25 lbs as needed
- Comfortable navigating tight spaces and high-volume service areas with ease and safety
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs
- Valid CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, ServSafe Certificate, and Sexual Harassment Prevention Certificate, or willingness to obtain before start date
- Ability to accurately enter orders into POS system
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Working knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails or willingness to learn quickly and confidently speak about the menu
- Ability to accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues with poise and professionalism

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Guide guests through the food and drink menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering questions
- Take and input orders accurately, communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver food and beverages with care, ensuring all items meet Super Mensch's quality and presentation standards
- Monitor guest experiences throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving issues with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including side work, opening/closing duties, and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service during high-volume shifts
- Uphold Super Mensch's standards of hospitality, respect, and integrity in every interaction
- Stay knowledgeable about all menu changes, daily specials, and events
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
