Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently according to FAITH café recipes and standards
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the FAITH's heart for hospitality
- Greet and engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Operate coffee equipment safely and properly, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized café and service area
- Assist with café setup and breakdown before and after services
- Monitor and restock supplies to ensure availability during services
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
