Job Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years cooking experience in single/multiple cuisines

Job Duties

  • Maintain all areas according to Clark County Health Department and FSS auditing
  • complete all daily menus and food products on all parts of the line/kitchen
  • report any poor product or below quality items immediately to Sous Chef or higher
  • act in accordance with Silverton Standard Operating Procedures
  • handle food properly as per health and safety standards
  • ensure all menu items or approved substitutions are available and communicate with the team
  • ensure recipe accuracy and proper plating per standards
  • maintain daily inventory for stations and areas
  • guarantee quality product availability
  • report any equipment malfunctions or needs promptly
  • develop guest loyalty through personalized attention
  • perform other assigned duties
  • maintain high guest service quality per Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards
  • follow company and departmental policies and procedures
  • adhere to appearance and uniform standards
  • maintain communication with managers
  • exhibit positive and professional demeanor with guests, team members, and vendors
  • accept performance feedback professionally
  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • perform additional duties as assigned
