Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for the duration of the shift
- ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- good memory for recalling faces, names, and customer preferences
- friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service, making each customer feel welcome and loved
- prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
- correctly customize orders as requested
- accurately describe menu items to customers
- process customer payments including discounts and upcharges
- serve prepared foods and baked goods
- ensure proper stocking of stations with paper products and beverage preparation items
- clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
- clean and sanitize service and seating areas
- ensure proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and food warmers by checking temperatures
- stock retail products and maintain merchandise displays
- assist with inventory counting as directed
- assist with receiving orders and storage
- perform other duties as assigned
- complete assigned tasks according to shift checklist
- show up to all scheduled shifts in uniform and on time
