Job Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program or recently graduated within the last semester or quarter
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Events, or Hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to assist with onsite events
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Must be able to pass a drug test and pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university program

- Adaptability to support event execution
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Help with onsite events in Buffalo, NY including local happy hours, on and off campus events
- Assist teammates with planning of larger events
- Learn core responsibilities of corporate event planning including budgeting, hotel sourcing, registration website creation
- Manage reporting and ordering food, beverage, décor for onsite events
- Support execution of event logistics and coordination
- Participate in cohort learning and development activities
- Engage with executive speaker sessions and networking opportunities
