Job Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program or recently graduated within the last semester or quarter
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Events, or Hospitality preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to assist with onsite events
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and pre-employment background check

Job Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university program
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Events, or Hospitality preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Adaptability to support event execution
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Help with onsite events in Buffalo, NY including local happy hours, on and off campus events
  • Assist teammates with planning of larger events
  • Learn core responsibilities of corporate event planning including budgeting, hotel sourcing, registration website creation
  • Manage reporting and ordering food, beverage, décor for onsite events
  • Support execution of event logistics and coordination
  • Participate in cohort learning and development activities
  • Engage with executive speaker sessions and networking opportunities
