Job Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program or recently graduated within the last semester or quarter
- Juniors or seniors are preferred
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, events, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to help execute onsite events
- Relevant experience with MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Job Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university program

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and assist with onsite event execution
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Job Duties
- Helping with onsite events in Buffalo, NY including local happy hours and on and off campus events
- Assisting teammates with planning of larger events
- Learning core responsibilities of corporate event planning such as budgeting, hotel sourcing, registration website creation, reporting, ordering food, beverage, and decor for onsite events
- Supporting execution of onsite event logistics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event operations
