The role of a Suites Supervisor at Delaware North Sportservice is a seasonal part-time position based at the legendary Lambeau Field, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. This pivotal role focuses on leading the food service and hospitality operations within luxury suites, ensuring an exceptional guest experience during game days and special events. As a Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service within suites, training and supervising suite attendants and runners, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. You will be expected to perform tasks such as pre-event suite walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and guaranteeing responsible alcohol service.

The supervisor serves as the face of hospitality in their area by circulating among guests, addressing questions and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring all spaces are clean, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations. This role demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, standing and walking for the entire shift, and working in variable temperatures and sometimes confined spaces.
