The Suites Runner role is a vital position in the Premium Suites Department responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This role demands a commitment to excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and effective teamwork with various departments within the venue. As a Suites Runner, you will be delivering food and beverages such as soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer directly to guests, making sure their needs are proactively met and their expectations are surpassed. This position involves supporting the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, running food orders swiftly, and ensuring assigned opening and closing duties are diligently completed. Maintaining a neat, safe, and organized work area is essential to the role, along with having sound knowledge of the venue’s diverse food, beverage, and retail offerings.
The Suites Runner must be able to multitask efficiently in a team-oriented environment, interacting graciously with both guests and colleagues while maintaining company standards. Physical mobility and the ability to lift and transport items of up to 50 pounds occasionally are required, as is the willingness to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holiday events that the venue hosts. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team oriented setting
- must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- must have two to three years working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant

Job Duties
- provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations
- deliver food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within venue
- support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties
- set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
- be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the venue
